It was such a pleasure to meet masters coming down from Indonesia to Singapore for their photography trip. It feels like I'm in my dreams, seeing Master Shikhei Goh in person. He is a master in Macro. And he produces photographs that not just bring out details of the insects, but even put live into it, making the photos looks 3D.

For the past 3 days, I'm glad we've brought him and his team around Singapore and at the same time learnt skills from him. It was such a great experience and now that their back to indo, I'm really missing them. We've promise to make a trip down to indo as an exchange trip and it's something I'll be looking forward to.

From the left to the right, Master Shikhei Goh, Fannie, Uncle Peter, Erwin, Ludy, Surya, me and Calvin.

With the awesome guys from the left to the right, me, fannie, eugene and calvin.

I can't wait to produce more amazing photos and be as successful as many of the professionals out there.

PS: Master Goh says my shooting skills got 'gong-fu'.. wahahaha.. The biggest compliment I've ever had. :)

19 June 2013

I am glad that I am in LIFE Centre. Somehow I've gained different knowledge on how to eat right, how to maintain weight and how to lose weight. With this knowledge I have, I've share with many friends who are conscious about their weight, and I've shared with friends who are obese yet who are health conscious.

Anyway yesterday after meeting my prudential consultant at PS, I happened to pass by 'XnDo' (Previously known as Xando). I remembered my doctor in LIFE once suggested to my patient to visit XnDo to buy a low calorie meal to lose weight. So I was curious and decided to take a look at what XnDo sells.

After looking at the amount of low calories food they have, I've chatted with their staff to find out more. XnDo checked my height and weight, and BMI. They even check my % of body fats, my muscle mass, my metabolism rate and most importantly the amount of calories intake needed a day.

I know how important it is to detoxify our body. Especially people working on rotating shifts, people who are under huge stress(which Singaporeans don't), and people who often stays up late at night. These pool of people generally has high toxicity in their body that are trapped in the body. Our waste are one way human naturally detoxify, but do you think tt is enough?

Not all obese people have high toxins in their body, even skinny people. Toxins in the body are often trapped into our digestive system and many a times, not remove out from our body even when we produce and let go of our waste. Well, in this advanced world that we are in, many of those processed food contains very high toxins that stays in our body for long. And eventually we often gets many adverse effect.

So last night, I decided to get myself a detoxify drink from XnDo, doing it as a survey for product knowledge to share with people in the future. This is what I got for myself: Enzymes.

Enzymes basically helps in our digestive systems. It clears off the toxins in the pockets in our large intestine. And with just one sachet last night, I manage to clear off part of the toxins this morning and believe it or not, I felt so much lighter. Not saying that the enzymes slims me down, but it literally clears your digestive system. I'm so going to continue this regime to stay healthy. :)

11 June 2013

This weekend, I'm going to the 8th concert In life and it's none other than 五月天 concert. It's been 11years of having them. The five who showed me how they fulfill their dreams. The five who naively love music, start a band, and went popular world wide. Their hard work has been seen, and die hard fans like us, follows wherever they go.

Read magazine last night to know that ashin open his apparel boutique in Singapore, Bugis! I'm glad that many of us do not need to fly to Taiwan or HK to buy Stayreal, and now Singapore has a Stayreal branch. Stayreal is going all over Asia now.

Can't wait to concert. Can't wait to see the five. Can't wait to see my mayday kakis. :)

• Push for recognition•
07 June 2013

This evening, I have yet receive another email to inform me that my photo has won another competition. Up to date, this is my 5th award ever since I became so active in photography 9months back.

This award, from nikonclub Singapore, is an award that I've been hoping to receive because with the points I won, I can redeem for nikon's limited ed merchandise. I am glad that my submission came in 2nd for the month of May, and the write up by the judges can be found in the e-newsletter at www.nikonclub.com.sg
(Pardon the resolution constriction as I'm blogging from phone.)

I yearned for more awards to get better recognition for future development. And meantime, these awards (though not yet cash prizes) are constantly motivating me to work harder each time. I have yet to win first prize so far, and believe me.. I am aiming hard for that..
