Well, I'm glad I took up the course, seriously. Learning french can never be done all alone. It definitely need someone to speak to you as often as possible.
Started my first lesson of french with er's accompany. It was just first day and we had learnt a lot. Our teacher, Barbara, a french, started off with all french and minimal English where all of us have to guess what she's trying to say. Then I realized that it was a good choice of knowing at least the basic french before attending a basic french course.
I have no idea whether there will be any exams by the end of the 10weeks course, but after yesterday, I guess I'll be a good student and keep revising.
Barbara told us, there are about 15,000 english words that are actually french. And it is a very common language spoken in Europe. So the next time if I visit the European countries, if the people there doesn't know English, at least I can speak french to them. :)

25 April 2012
I'm struggling with gastric pain almost every month. And during premenstral period, I'll experience hyperacidity. This time, the feeling was worst!
Had a real spicy steamboat 2 days back, and yesterday, my gastric threw tantrum on me. Diarrhea up to 7 times, with a jelly aching body with a severely painful gastric pain. It felt worse than the time when I got myself admitted. Seriously felt like rolling on the floor. And having attachment in the day care centre, i can hardly participate with the elderly. I felt like im weaker than them.
The taste of sour and spicy are my favorite. And I guess it's time to forbid them. I know I need to control myself now. sigh..

A lot of things to do.. Well, at the same time I'm enjoying my attachment days. I'm doing scrap book and scrap cards for both Mdm Kumari and Ms Kang as a gift from the Geronies. Also, I'm doing a montage for everyone in class that needs to be played on 25 April (last day of advance Dip). I'm rushing out of time...
Needs to collate many photos and needs a lot of craft work. At the same time, I'm going through attachment at different areas, travelling everywhere. Just done with a week of attachment in IMH psychogeriatric ward and next week I'm going to New Horizon's day care centre at bt batok.
My french class is commencing on coming Wednesday, super excited. And I'm really packing my schedule tight.. Squeezing every minute of my time doing what I really love doing.
Have been travelling quite a bit. Went to Desaru and heading in to JB tomorrow with siwei and sis.. it's shopping time. Bought my tickets to Krabi also, and should be flying somewhere in September. Life is all about enjoying. Seriously.
I really wish I can have sometime to share the photos here but I'm so packed to do so. Time being please refer to my FB and I'll post it here soon when I've got the time.. till then....

Not gonna mention much about exams and stuff, since I'm having a great full weeks off school and before attachment comes, I'm gonna enjoy every single day with my cliques.
Went for manicure first thing when our exams ended and had myself a nice blings*. Have been in love with star dust lately.. Headed to hard rock cafe for dinner and for Kumar's night. It's the best choice to do to laugh our arse off right after those stressful period during exams. The clique went on to USS and today we are having our 3d2n chalet at National Service Resort Country Club. I'm so excited...!!!!!!
Not forgetting my Desaru trip with my Royal family this Friday. A whole week of fun and I'm seriously having a lot of photo uploading to do.. Do watch this page closely....
It's gonna be a 5 weeks of attachment after this week. Heading to IMH, st Luke's, Peacehaven NH, and following the HNF nurse with home visits. I'm so glad that Geron does not have any on-job-training. We will be having fun in nursing home with the old folks while other courses are going back to their respective hospital and start working.. Something good about Geron. :)
I will missed my clique of geronies. Though we won't get to see everyone during the attachments, but our weekly weekend date is definitely a must. Gonna enjoy the last few moments with all of them. Seriously the people who put in pieces of memories into my advance diploma journey. They complete my journey.

07 April 2012
it's been a looooooooong time since I sat down calmly in front of the desktop, uploading photographs of the shots I did for the day, selecting those photographs and post them on facebook and blogged it at the same time.
I did it for Facebook but it's really long since I showed it up here. (Anna, stop being lazyyyy!!) I can't wait for Monday, cause till then I'll scream for freedom!
The clique has decided on manicure and pedicure together at 2pm. And shopping and the dinner at Hard Rock cafe followed by Kumar's night. That's first part of my one-greatly-appreciated-week holiday post exam before the stretch of attachment comes.
Can't wait for the chance to snap all the memories. I miss my DSLR super badly. And it's time to fill in my collection very soon...!! :)
PS: Last paper has always been the hardest to manage over the years I've been in NYP. Coming Monday will be my final paper EVER taken in NYP. All the best to me and myself..
